On 21/07/2011, Institute of Strategy and Policy of Science and Technology, Department of International Cooperation (Ministry of Science and Technology) in collaboration with the Institute for Development Strategies Science and Technology of China organized scientific conference "Sharing China's experience in the formulation of scientific and technological development. " To create a forum to share experiences in the process of formulating strategies to develop science and technology (S&T).

Attending the seminar on the Vietnam's vice minister of MOST Chu Ngoc Anh, and representatives of the agencies managing the State Department for Science, Technology and Environment, Department of Propaganda Central Department of Science and Education and Literacy, Government Office, Department of Science and Technology and Environment National Assembly Office; Institute of Agriculture in Vietnam together scientists, managers, representatives of some units of the Ministry of science and technology.

Toward China: Mr. Wang Yuan, Deputy Director of Permanent Research Development Strategies Science and Technology and scientists from the Institute for Development Strategies Science and Technology, a number of Science and Technology of China.

Through presentations and discussions, the Chinese delegates shared experiences as an important method of weak planning capacity development and long-term Sciences period from 2006 to 2010. Mr. Wang Yuan - Deputy Head of the Permanent Research Institute for Development Strategies Science and Technology of China expressed hope and wish both parties would have agreed to cooperate on science and technology as well as the opportunity to continue to work long time future.

This workshop will be a good opportunity for experts of the two Science and Technology of Vietnam and China to exchange and share experiences and conducting cooperation signed Yao science and technology in the future.
